If you have them already - great! Just let us know the make and model, and we should be able to get them installed. But if you need assistance on picking out the best ones for your home, just let us know, we're always happy to help.
How many cameras can you install at once?
As many as you need! Whether it’s one or ten, we’ll get them mounted, connected, and working properly.
What if my Wi-Fi is weak in certain areas?
We’ll check your signal during installation and suggest solutions like extenders or mesh systems if needed.
Can you install both indoor and outdoor cameras?
Yes! We handle both. Outdoor cameras will be mounted weather-tight, and indoor cameras will be placed for the best coverage without being intrusive.
Do the cameras need to be plugged in, or are they battery-powered?
We work with both types. Battery-powered models are mounted and set up for easy charging, while plug-in models are installed with cables neatly tucked away.
Do you install Hardwired Cameras?
If you have cameras that need to be hard wired into main voltage, just let us know ahead of time. We will have to loop in a licensed electrician to scope out exactly what's needed to get the them adequate power.
Will you show me how to use the app?
Absolutely. We’ll make sure you know how to view footage, set alerts, and use features like two-way talk.
